What exactly is a credit?
A credit = one MCP tool call (for example a search, a read or a record creation). A complete conversation with Claude usually uses 5 to 15. Credits are monthly and reset every month, with no rollover.
Why is payment handled via PayPal?
Voxquel manages Pro and Pro Max subscriptions via PayPal. Top-ups are sold as pre-paid packs and storage as fixed monthly add-ons — a pre-paid model that avoids the bad surprises of variable usage-based billing. Compliant invoices (VAT) are generated automatically.
Is my data secure?
Yes. OAuth 2.1 authentication, secrets encrypted at rest, strict multi-tenant isolation and hosting in France (OVH, EU) — GDPR by design, DPA available. Voxquel applies exactly the permissions of the associated Odoo user: no privilege escalation.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
From version 12 to the latest, in both Community and Enterprise, and on all hosting modes (self-hosted, odoo.sh, odoo.com). Voxquel automatically detects the version and switches between XML-RPC (≤18) and JSON-RPC (19+).
What happens if I run out of credits?
On the free tier, you wait for the monthly reset. On Pro and Pro Max, you can add packs of 500 credits for 6 €, or move up a tier — often better value per credit.
